Omnicom Media is seeking a passionate Paid Social & Search expert to lead a team of Associates and Sr. Associates. You will mentor, train, and ensure high-quality work while guiding day-to-day operations to meet client KPIs and goals.

You will manage campaigns across major social and search platforms, coordinate with creative teams, and translate client objectives into effective tactics. Strong analytics and client communication are essential.

Formación

• Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media experience.
• Strong working understanding of the Paid Social & Search platforms, including major players and supporting technology.
• Demonstrable experience managing enterprise level paid social media accounts with diverse budgets.
• Proven ability to translate high level client goals into paid media strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee paid social and search campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Manage and mentor Paid Social & Search Associates and Sr. Associates, guiding career development.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain campaigns and coordinate assets between creative teams and budgets.
• Integrate paid social strategy into multi-channel recommendations with cross-discipline teams.
• Analyze data to provide insights and optimization recommendations for clients.
