Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a passionate paid social expert to lead a team of Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates in Los Angeles.

You will mentor, train, and ensure quality across day-to-day operations, guiding your team to meet client goals and KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships. You will manage multi-brand campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more, collaborating with creative and media partners.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media experience.
• Strong working understanding of the Paid Social platforms, including major players and supporting technology Facebook Ad Manager, X (formerly Twitter) Ads, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates and own their career development.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns for clients, coordinating assets between creative and budget management.
• Integrate paid social strategy into multi-channel recommendations with cross-discipline teams.
• Use analytics to provide insights and optimization recommendations and test across campaign variables.
• Collaborate with creatives to align concepts with briefs and push innovative ideas.
