Omnicom Media in New York, NY seeks a driven Paid Search & Social expert to lead and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates. You will transform senior-level digital strategies into actionable campaigns, manage day-to-day operations, guide client goals, and strengthen relationships with high-profile brands.

You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other platforms, ensuring flawless execution and clear communication of results to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media.
• Strong understanding of Paid Search & Social platforms and major players.
• Proven ability to work with multiple partners on enterprise-level campaigns.
• Ability to translate client goals into paid media strategy and actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Paid Search & Social Associates and Sr. Associates and guide career development.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns for clients, coordinating assets and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to integrate paid social into multi-channel recommendations.
• Analyze data to provide insights and optimization recommendations; develop testing across campaigns.
• Mentor and train team members to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary client contact for paid media efforts.
• Communicate tactics and impact clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
