Qualifications

• Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media.
• Strong working understanding of the Paid Social & Search platforms (Facebook Ad Manager, X, Google Ads).
• Proven ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategy and communicate it clearly.

Responsabilités

• Lead Paid Social & Search Associates and Sr. Associates; mentor and train team members.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and guide the team to meet client goals and KPIs.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns; coordinate assets with creatives and manage budgets.
• Integrate paid social strategy within multi-channel, holistic recommendations.
• Analyze data with strong quantitative skills and provide optimization insights.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to align tactics with client briefs.
• Propose innovative ideas and test new betas with partners.
• Explain tactics and impact clearly as the primary client contact.
• Ensure quality standards across all client work.
