Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking an Analyst for Paid Social and Programmatic to drive growth across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat. You will manage campaigns, test incrementality, and collaborate with data scientists, designers and engineers to measure impact and optimize ROAS.

The role offers flexible in-office or remote work with a WAN-wide marketing budget and a focus on live events and sports. A discretionary annual bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on performance advertising on Meta and another major platform.
• Experience managing variable, performance-led budgets at scale.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to pull insights from large datasets.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with Looker or Hex BI tools.
• Interest in live entertainment and sports.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat.
• Optimize budgets to hit ROAS targets while scaling spend.
• Build per-performer campaigns for artists and tours against calendars.
• Run dynamic and catalog campaigns with product feeds and templates.
• Design and run experiments across targeting, creative, and landing pages.
• Support incrementality studies with Analytics; interpret results for budgets.
• Collaborate with Creative on briefs and testing; report outcomes.
• Work with Engineering to improve internal automation for campaigns.
