Job summary

SeatGeek seeks an Analyst for the Paid Social and Programmatic team to drive growth across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat. You will manage campaigns, budgets, and experiments to optimize on-site performance and revenue growth.

Collaborate with designers, data scientists, and engineers to design incrementality studies and translate results into budget and strategy decisions. This role blends analytics with creative testing in a fast-paced live events environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience running performance advertising on Meta and at least one other major platform.
• Experience managing variable, performance-led budgets at scale with ROAS targets.
• Analytical, data-driven background with ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Strong project, time management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Looker or Hex.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat.
• Manage variable budgets to maximize scale while hitting ROAS targets.
• Build and optimize per-performer campaigns for artists, teams and tours against a calendar.
• Run dynamic and catalog-driven campaigns with product feeds and dynamic creative templates.
• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests across targeting, creative, copy and landing pages.
• Contribute to incrementality and conversion lift studies with Analytics team.
• Partner with Creative on briefs and testing; translate results into budget decisions.
• Work with Engineering on automation and tooling for campaign creation.
