Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a seasoned Paid Social Leader to own strategy and performance across Meta and TikTok, while guiding a small team and coordinating with agencies. The role focuses on scaling campaigns, optimizing audiences, and delivering measurable CAC and growth targets.

You will oversee budgets, testing roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration with analytics and creative teams to drive omnichannel success. A remote-friendly, hybrid setup with occasional on-site work is offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on paid social experience
• 1–2+ years managing people or leading agency relationships
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok required; Pinterest/Reddit/Snapchat a plus
• Strong command of campaign structure, audience strategy, testing and optimization
• Experience driving paid social for omnichannel consumer brands at scale

Responsibilities

• Assist in paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Set budget allocation, pacing, and audience strategy to hit CAC and growth targets.
• Lead and develop Paid Social Specialists; manage agency partners.
• Own performance reporting and present narratives to stakeholders.
• Ensure pixel, CAPI, and product catalog hygiene across accounts.
