Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Account Coordinator, Paid Social to support the account team with launching and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap. You will assist with trafficking assets, reporting, and ongoing testing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of paid social experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive mindset to grow responsibilities within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months paid social experience (Facebook ads required) with budgeting and testing methodology.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Independent, curious, eager to grow responsibilities and skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch paid social campaigns; create schedules and track progress.
• Collect, analyze, and process large data sets to inform optimizations.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports; drive optimization recommendations.
