Your Behavioral Health in California is seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer & Optimization Specialist to plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms and other networks. You will focus on driving qualified inquiries, client acquisition, and brand awareness through strategic targeting and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on paid social advertising experience.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and digital marketing funnels.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, event tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Preferred healthcare, behavioral health, or consumer services marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Develop campaign structures for multiple brands/accounts and markets.
• Create and maintain audience segments using demographic, behavioral, geographic, and interest-based targeting.
• Coordinate with creative and landing page resources to support performance goals.
• Manage budget allocation, pacing, and conversions; optimize ROAS where applicable.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards; analyze performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with admissions, CRM, and analytics teams to improve attribution and measurement.
