Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a detail-oriented Social Performance Trader to manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) with exposure to LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will monitor performance, implement optimisations, and collaborate with Client Success to update on results.

You will be responsible for day-to-day execution, performance analysis, budget accuracy, and timely campaign updates, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns via Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
• Experience building, launching, monitoring, and optimising paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify performance improvements.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and daily checks accurately.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and campaigns timely.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage daily paid social advertising campaigns, primarily via Meta Ads Manager, with exposure to LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Analyse campaign data to identify trends, assess performance, and uncover opportunities to improve results; implement changes to structure, targeting, budgets, and setup.
• Implement ad hoc account changes promptly, including budget adjustments and creative refreshes.
• Conduct daily account health checks to ensure campaigns run as expected and budgets are managed.
• Provide periodic updates to Client Success on campaign performance and optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy across campaign setup, execution, and ongoing management, owning assigned accounts.
