Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Senior Social Campaign Manager to own paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, with opportunities across TikTok and Snapchat. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role managing large-budget campaigns for international clients.

You will optimize performance, report results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytics, English proficiency (C1+), and the ability to work European hours with occasional US-friendly meetings are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid social advertising experience, with Meta Ads/Facebook Ads focus.
• Experience launching, managing and scaling large-budget campaigns.
• Strong analytics skills using Google Sheets or Excel and GA for performance decisions.
• Excellent English (C1 or higher) and ability to liaise with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns (Meta).
• Manage budgets exceeding $1M per month and optimize for ROAS and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, develop data-driven improvements, and prepare performance reports.
• Communicate results and strategies with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with BI, Creative, Tracking, CRM and other specialists to improve marketing performance.
