Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to oversee operational management of client paid social initiatives and to mentor junior team members while steering strategy development for dedicated accounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to create integrated campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver monthly client reports. The role supports innovation, automation, and new business efforts in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications or Advertising or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience planning/buying across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Proven track record growing account scale and delivering great customer experiences.
• Desire to manage and mentor junior team members; prior management a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to use paid media strategy to complement earned media campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of a client's paid social initiatives.
• Lead less experienced team members and focus on strategy development.
• Develop fully integrated social campaigns with other internal departments.
• Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics against client metrics.
• Deliver monthly client reports.
• Develop tools and tactics to improve efficiencies and ROI.
• Contribute to business reviews, automation projects, and new business efforts.
