Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to advance within the specialist career track, receiving ongoing training and mentorship in all aspects of paid social. The role focuses on campaign execution, optimization, and growth opportunities through client-facing missions.

You will contribute to strategy development, assist with planning and buying across major platforms, and collaborate with community managers on content calendars, with a hybrid office model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience.
• 1+ year or more of practical experience running paid social campaigns.
• Prior experience using Excel for data management is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and have a strong interest in the advertising/media industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist social strategy development by compiling client research, competitive data and social platform information.
• Support and improve paid media planning and buying across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Set up media trackers, build media authorizations and insertion orders, manage billing and actualize dollars.
• Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities and making media recommendations.
• Support community managers to develop and maintain social content calendars for various platforms.
• Stay current with tools, techniques and methods related to social media.
