Publicis Collective is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to lead the day-to-day development and activation of social campaigns. You will work with brand and client teams to translate goals into paid media strategies and manage a team of Analysts/Sr. Analysts for timely delivery.

You will apply deep paid social knowledge to actionable insights, support the Associate Media Director, and help develop innovative strategies to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid social campaigns.
• Experience with Meta and Twitter ads platforms with hands-on management/optimisation.
• Strong analytics, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the daily workflow of all paid social campaigns.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports with insights and optimizations.
• Adopt established account management standards and campaign best practices.
• Monitor trends in social media to improve performance and provide recommendations.
