• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of Paid Social Managers and Supervisors.
• Strong data analysis and performance optimization recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategic direction for paid social across multiple clients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create integrated social plans.
• Provide leadership to a team of Paid Social Managers and Supervisors.
• Offer performance insights based on data-driven analysis for optimization.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality work is delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Oversee tactical execution of media plans, including ad copy and creative.
• Collaborate with the Paid Social Director to innovate paid social offerings.
• Share expertise on paid social trends with team and clients.
