Job summary

The Tombras Group in the United States is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor to lead SEM/ PPC and Shopping campaigns for one of our largest performance media clients. You will also mentor analysts, develop client relationships, and drive optimization across multiple verticals.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and stay current on industry trends to improve ROI and campaign efficiency. This role offers relocation assistance and multiple city locations including Knoxville, Atlanta, or Portland.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of Paid Search experience in an advertising agency.
• Google Ads certifications and 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience managing multi‑million dollar campaigns for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect SEM/PPC and Shopping campaigns with guidance from the Director of Paid Search.
• Present tactical paid search plans and campaign status reports to clients.
• Mentor Paid Search Analysts and Strategists to strengthen the team.
• Analyze keywords, conduct competitive analysis, and optimize landing pages.
• Manage bid strategies, budgets, and conversion rate improvements across clients.
