Job summary

The Tombras Group is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor to join our Integrated Search team. You’ll lead SEM/PPC and Shopping campaigns for major clients, mentor analysts, and drive data-driven optimization across multiple verticals.

With a national footprint and a strong track record, the team prioritizes collaboration, client relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends. Portland, Knoxville, or Atlanta locations offer opportunities and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Paid Search experience in an agency setting.
• Experience with Shopping campaigns (Performance Max with Google Merchant Center Feeds).
• 2+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Architect SEM/PPC and Shopping campaigns under the Director of Paid Search.
• Lead with lead gen clients; LSAs a plus.
• Present tactical paid search plans and campaign status to clients regularly.
• Manage bid strategies, targeting, remarketing, and automation.
• Analyze keywords and landing pages; recommend optimizations.
• Extract insights from large data sets to influence decisions.
• Test variables to improve conversions and ROI.
• Mentor Paid Search Analysts and Strategists.
