The Tombras Group is seeking a Supervisor, Media Investment in Knoxville, TN (or Atlanta). You will lead the programmatic media investment function, guiding strategy, planning, execution, and optimization to meet client goals.

This role requires collaboration with Strategy, Analytics, and Account Service teams and oversight of a growing programmatic team. You will present market intelligence, develop campaigns, and mentor junior planners, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple clients.

Formación

• 5-6 years of experience in Media Investment buying and planning.
• 1+ years mentoring and managing a team.
• Experience in planning and buying multi-million dollar programmatic campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, journalism or accounting.
• Proficiency with digital media research tools (e.g., Comscore, Nielsen, Simmons).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand departmental process and programmatic prowess.
• Communicate with clients on marketplace intelligence and present media strategies, plans & recommendations.
• Guide Strategy, Analytics and Account Service to align with client KPI’s.
• Oversee team training and mentoring and develop new and existing processes.
• Act as programmatic liaison with other departments for planning and buying resources.
• Ensure Media Investment plans are strategic and meet client objectives.
• Present programmatic strategy in client meetings and with leadership.
