Renuity is seeking a results-driven Paid Social Lead to develop and execute a high-impact paid social media strategy that directly supports our aggressive growth goals. This role will play a critical part in driving lead generation across all business units by optimizing campaign performance, leveraging AI and creative automation tools, and bringing innovative ideas to life. Based in our Charlotte, NC office, this is a high-visibility position with the opportunity to shape the future of our paid social efforts at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns with the goal of outperforming leading social lead generation partners across platforms.
- Leverage AI tools and curated visual assets (images/videos) to rapidly test and iterate high-performing ad creatives.
- Streamline ad production workflows using internal resources or third-party platforms to increase efficiency and reduce cost-per-lead.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and business unit teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing and revenue goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, applying insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts, with a strong track record of performance and ROI
- Demonstrated ability to fully own channel strategy, budget, and execution from end to end
- Strategic thinker with a passion for experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and scaling success
- Familiarity with paid social tools, creative testing platforms, and AI-generated content is a plus
- Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
