Job summary

Swanson Health is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and other platforms. This hybrid role is based near Fargo, ND, with collaboration across marketing, creative, analytics, and merchandising teams to drive growth and performance.

You will build, test, and optimize campaigns, monitor budgets, and deliver insights to improve efficiency. A strong background in paid social and e‑commerce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on paid social or performance marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign management.
• Experience with campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch new campaigns, audiences, ads, and targeting initiatives based on established strategy.
• Manage creative trafficking and coordinate the launch of new creative assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and KPIs; identify opportunities or issues.
• Conduct ongoing optimizations across bidding, budgets, audiences, placements, and campaign structure.
• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with the growth team to execute testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, and strategy.
• Assist with forecasting, monthly budget management, and performance reporting.
• Maintain campaign documentation and QA processes; adhere to paid media standards.
• Partner with internal teams to support campaign needs and priorities.
• Develop cross-channel knowledge and support paid search processes as needed.
