Canopy in Draper, Utah is hiring a Demand Generation Manager - Paid Social to own our paid social program end to end across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms. This hybrid role requires hands-on expertise in ad ops and CRM integration to drive pipeline and revenue.

You’ll build audiences, run experiments, measure attribution, and manage budgets while collaborating with marketing, product, sales, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a heavy emphasis on paid social in B2B or B2C.
• Proven ability to move budgets and measure pipeline impact.
• Strong analytical skills across platforms and CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain audiences using firmographic and CRM data.
• Run structured tests and document learnings to improve ongoing programs.
• Defend numbers with multi-touch attribution and show impact on MQLs and pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to ensure accurate lead routing.
