Job summary
Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Paid Search & YouTube Trafficking Specialist in Burbank to support day-to-day SEM and YouTube campaigns, focusing on sports acquisition and traffic for paid channels. You will build campaigns, traffic ad groups and keywords across Google Ads, SA360, and DV360/YouTube.
The role requires hands-on campaign setup, review for QA, and collaboration with BI and media teams. This onsite position offers health benefits, 401k, and a competitive hourly rate.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and/or YouTube advertising.
- Hands-on campaign building and trafficking using Google Ads, SA360, and DV360/YouTube with proper tagging.
- Strong attention to detail for QA, performance tracking, and monthly BI reconciliation and billing.
- Interest in sports acquisitions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- QA of campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and data flow into dashboards.
- Assisting with keyword research, bid strategy, and ad copy development.
- Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting to flight dates and budgets.
- Supporting monthly campaign actualization and BI reconciliation.
- Assisting with billing accuracy and invoice tracking.
