Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 4+ years of direct Search campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of paid and organic search landscape and healthcare context.
• Ability to lead people and projects with training and coaching.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Search Sr. Associates and Associates for a client or group of brands.
• Ensure timely, quality execution aligned with campaign goals and launch readiness.
• Provide strategic direction in client meetings and present performance insights.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through feedback and training.
• Nurture vendor partnerships and ensure brands maximize value.
