Job summary

Publicis Health Media is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor to lead a team of Search Sr. Associates and Associates. You will drive best-in-class strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables for client campaigns.

You will guide optimization plans, review materials, and present results in client meetings, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating across teams to elevate the overall Search approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 4+ years of direct Search campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of paid and organic search landscapes.
• Experience leading one or more teams and client-facing activities.
• Ability to train and coach associates on Search tasks and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Search Sr. Associates and Associates to ensure best-in-class strategy and execution.
• Oversee timeliness and quality of builds and align with campaign goals.
• Review and up-level optimization calendars and test plans.
• Present to clients and manage relationships with client counterparts.
• Support reporting workstreams and share learnings across PHM.
• Lead annual reviews and 1:1s with team members.
• Nurture vendor partnerships and maximize brand value.
