Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure timely, high-quality search campaigns and reviews.
• Provide upfront direction, training, and timelines to team.
• Represent Search in client meetings and build trusted relationships.
• Oversee daily operations of Associate teams and provide feedback for improvement.
• Lead annual reviews and 1:1s focused on career development.
• Nurture vendor partnerships and maximize brand value.
