DEPT® in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead strategic paid search for enterprise accounts, building roadmaps and guiding analytics-driven decisions. You will drive profitability, scale complex campaigns, and mentor teams across the organization.

You will collaborate with client partners and activation teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact paid search strategies across channels, while upholding best practices and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid search advertising.
• 3+ years in client-facing roles.
• Proven enterprise paid search campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, analytics.
• Strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multichannel paid search strategy for complex accounts.
• Act as day-to-day strategist for the largest accounts.
• Own paid search component of client roadmaps.
• Manage budgets, forecast, and profitability.
• Develop and enforce paid search best practices.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and activation teams.
• Escalate and resolve performance challenges.
• Build and lead high-performing teams.
