Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager of Retail Paid Search to join our team, focusing on Amazon-based campaigns for enterprise retail accounts. You will craft paid search strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver insightful reporting to drive performance and growth.

You will lead large-scale campaigns, guide junior team members, and contribute to the expansion of our Retail Media practice within North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid marketing/ecommerce experience.
• 2+ years of paid search experience.
• 2+ years building paid search campaigns on Amazon.
• 2+ years of client-facing engagements with a consultative approach.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is required.
• Proven track record of managing paid search campaigns for enterprise accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic; hands-on and eager to grow in ecommerce advertising.
• Demonstrated consultative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms (Amazon preferred).
• Manage and optimize sponsored campaigns and budget pacing.
• Provide reporting, insights, and project delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with client objectives.
• Present and communicate campaign performance to clients confidently.
• Support expansion of the Retail Media practice within North America and globally.
