Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York seeks a passionate paid social expert to lead and mentor the Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates.

You will transform senior-level strategies into actionable daily tactics, manage day-to-day operations, and act as the primary client contact to drive performance. You will guide the team toward achieving client goals and KPIs while delivering high‑quality campaigns across platforms.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media.
• Strong working understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook Ad Manager, X Ads).
• Experience managing enterprise-level paid social accounts with diverse budgets.
• Ability to translate client goals into paid media strategy and communicate tactics clearly.
• Experience with paid social measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates and own their career development.
• Develop and oversee optimizing paid social campaigns and coordinate assets with creatives and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to integrate paid social strategy into multi-channel recommendations.
• Analyze data, provide insights, and make optimization recommendations using third‑party data.
• Guide creatives to align ideas with briefs and innovate in delivery.
• Maximize client goals and performance against benchmarks on an ongoing basis.
• Brainstorm new ideas and opportunities with partners.
• Work with 3rd-party tracking vendors and social platforms integration.
