The Role:
We’re seeking a highly experienced Paid Search Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our Google and Bing Ads strategy. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who thrives on driving profitable growth through highly optimized campaigns, understands the nuances of both home services (plumbing, HVAC, pest control, etc.) and legal (personal injury, SSD, MVA) lead generation, and can scale ad spend profitably into the six figures monthly.
What You’ll Do:
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google and Bing Ads campaigns for both home services and legal verticals
• Build and manage call-only and lead form campaigns with a focus on high-intent traffic
• Monitor performance KPIs (CPA, conversion rate, call quality, ROI) and report results
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative, landing pages, and call routing optimizations
• Maintain detailed negative keyword lists, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
• Constantly test and iterate ad copy, bidding models, and geo-targeting to improve results
• Stay ahead of platform updates, competitive trends, and compliance changes (e.g. FCC/TCPA)
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performance paid search campaigns
• Proven track record in both home services and legal lead generation
• Deep understanding of call tracking platforms (Ringba, Invoca, etc.)
• Strong grasp of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
• Ability to manage budgets of $50K/month+ and scale profitably
• Self-starter mindset with a performance-first approach
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page strategy, and conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with TCPA compliance is a strong plus
