Job summary

CVS Health in Grand Prairie, TX is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship for college students. You will work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders to gain hands-on experience in leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning day-to-day operations.

Participants complete a business-focused project, present findings to leadership, and build leadership skills while traveling to markets.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Ability to work 35 hours per week including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers to deliver excellent service.
• Learn day-to-day store operations with store managers and district leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Develop leadership skills and analyze performance to drive store results.
