CVS Health in Ridgefield Park, NJ invites college students to join a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship. You’ll work alongside store managers and district leaders, lead a team, engage customers, and learn the day-to-day operations of a CVS store.

You’ll complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, develop leadership and communication skills, and explore a career path in retail store management while gaining market exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities
