Job summary

CVS Health in Bethpage, NY is seeking a Retail Management Intern for a 10-week paid program designed to immerse students in store operations and leadership.

You will work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders, gain hands-on experience in customer service, merchandising, inventory, and project work, and present recommendations to leadership as you learn retail management best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers.
