Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Available to work 35 hours/week for 10 weeks on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service in fast-paced environments (retail, food service, hospitality).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities
