Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in Moraga, CA. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging with customers, and learning day-to-day store operations under the guidance of Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project, develop leadership skills, and present recommendations to leadership. Expect to work 35 hours/week with evenings and weekends as needed, gaining exposure to retail management and field

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.

• Assist with merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking, including evenings and weekends.
