Publicis Health Media in New York is seeking a Senior Paid Search Associate to lead search campaigns and align them with client objectives. You will bridge campaign execution with client goals, ensuring performance and timely execution across platforms.

The role requires 2+ years of direct SEM experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360. Healthcare knowledge is a plus and growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• 2+ years of direct Search campaign management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SEM campaigns with ongoing execution and monitoring.
• Oversee budgets, pacing, and publisher mix changes.
• Maintain internal status docs and guide task timing.
• Mentor Associate on campaign management best practices.
• Develop campaign architecture including keyword research and ad copy.
• Coordinate submissions through legal/med approvals and launch campaigns.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to drive testing and optimization.
• Lead reporting, translating performance data into insights.
• Bridge client needs to Search solutions with timely follow-up.
• Support the Search plan with trends and opportunities.
