Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll steer targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice, making calls to move accounts forward.

Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You’ll build roadmaps, report on numbers, and drive growth with a focus on ROAS and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
