Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will be the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, while leveraging GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels. US-based live calls with clients are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
