Job summary

Massive is seeking a Paid Media Manager to drive audience reach and growth through paid channels for a B2B SaaS audience, including developers and tech leaders. You’ll own hands-on execution across Google, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, YouTube and emerging channels, while shaping strategy and leveraging AI to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid media for B2B SaaS, developer-focused, or technical products.
• Hands-on expertise across major ad platforms (Google, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta).
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, pipeline, conversions, and ROI.
• Fluency with AI tools/workflows for campaign development, analysis, testing, and optimization.
• Ability to operate in a fast-growth environment and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the paid media leader to execute and optimize Massive's paid media strategy across audiences, channels, and funnel stages.
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Search, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, YouTube, retargeting, and emerging channels.
• Develop and test approaches for reaching developers, technical decision-makers, and B2B buyers across platforms.
• Manage paid search end-to-end: keywords, structure, ad copy, bid strategies, landing pages, and ongoing optimization.
• Use AI to accelerate research, creative development, analysis, testing, and optimization.
• Collaborate with content, creative, marketing, and analytics to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor budgets and performance to improve acquisition, pipeline, CAC, and ROI.
• Create a disciplined testing program across creative, messaging, audiences, platforms, and landing pages.
