Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Media - WSJ+ in the US and international region to drive growth for WSJ+ through strategic paid media initiatives. You will plan, develop, and execute growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the marketing organization.

You will report to the Director, Paid Media and work with Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Brand, Audience and Data Science.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in paid media.
• Proven ability to identify insights from paid media campaigns.
• Experience developing and reporting on KPIs for business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a strategic framework across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, DV360, LinkedIn, X, Amazon).
• Optimize media strategies to improve performance and meet KPI goals.
• Manage a $10M+ annual media budget to grow audience and acquisition.
• Hands-on in-platform QA, targeting optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee campaigns with internal teams and adapt to real-time results.
• Leverage media, content and campaigns to grow subscriptions and digital footprint.
• Report and optimize performance, providing updates to Marketing.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and new tech.
