Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with high-budget campaigns.
• Hands-on management of $500k+ monthly ad spend.
• Proven multi-channel scaling and direct response results.
• Expert in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with events, launches, or high-ticket campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media execution across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and optimization daily.
• Develop multi-channel media strategies to support leads and revenue.
• Lead creative testing and conversion optimization.
• Execute campaigns for conferences, launches, and events.
• Ensure measurement and reporting via analytics tools.
