The Paid Media Coordinator supports NDG's lead generation efforts by assisting with the day-to-day coordination and execution of both digital and traditional media campaigns. This role is designed for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their expertise across platforms. You'll help ensure paid media campaigns are launched accurately and on time, working alongside subject matter experts and supporting execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and real estate portals.
You'll also assist with select traditional media responsibilities for clients with print, radio, and out-of-home placements-handling insertion orders, trafficking creative, and communicating with vendor reps to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Coordination:
- Support the Associate Director and Digital Marketing Manager in the execution of digital ad campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and real estate listings platforms for assigned clients
- Assist in trafficking creative assets and launching campaigns according to internal procedures and media plans
- Maintain clean naming conventions, campaign tracking, and platform hygiene within digital ad accounts
- Stay organized and detail-focused, ensuring campaign tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor live campaign budgets and flag potential errors, overspend, or delivery issues to senior team members
- Support tagging, UTM parameter accuracy, and basic pixel implementation or tracking verification
Traditional Media Support
- Assist in the coordination of traditional media campaigns for clients with active print, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) buys
- Communicate directly with media vendors regarding insertion orders, deadlines, creative specifications, and changes
- Prepare and distribute insertion orders (IOs), confirm placements, and upload media schedules to NDG's media planning platform
- Maintain organized records of all media kits, vendor contacts, creative assets, and deadlines
- Draft POVs and basic media recommendations using templates and AI tools, in partnership with marketing strategy team members
- Organize and attend client status meetings as needed to support alignment between marketing strategy and media coordination
Cross-Functional Support And Development
- Collaborate with members of the Digital Marketing, Marketing Services, and Creative teams to ensure paid campaigns are aligned and fully supported
- Maintain open and proactive communication with internal stakeholders to anticipate and meet deadlines
- Embrace training opportunities to grow skills in both digital and traditional media management
- Support cross-functional workflows by being a consistent and dependable team contributor
- Help build and maintain shared process documentation for media execution and coordination
- Take initiative to expand knowledge of NDG's homebuilder client base, media channels, and campaign strategies
- Show interest in new technologies and platforms, especially those related to AI, automation, and media operations
Qualifications
Experience / Skills:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience within the digital marketing and/or paid media industries-with specific expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display platforms
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic Display platforms-with experience using Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) preferred
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and data/conversion tracking
- Understanding of media planning and strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, excellent analytical skills, and data-driven thinking
- Proficiency with G Suite applications (i.e., Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- A willingness to learning new skills and own daily tasks
