The Paid Media Coordinator supports NDG's lead generation efforts by assisting with the day-to-day coordination and execution of both digital and traditional media campaigns. This role is designed for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their expertise across platforms. You'll help ensure paid media campaigns are launched accurately and on time, working alongside subject matter experts and supporting execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and real estate portals. You'll also assist with select traditional media responsibilities for clients with print, radio, and out-of-home placements—handling insertion orders, trafficking creative, and communicating with vendor reps to keep campaigns running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced marketing team, gaining hands-on experience while being surrounded by collaborative, high-performing teammates.

Responsibilities
  1. Digital Campaign Coordination: Support the Associate Director and Digital Marketing Manager in executing digital ad campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and real estate listings platforms. Assist in trafficking creative assets, launching campaigns, maintaining campaign hygiene, monitoring budgets, and supporting tracking verification.
  2. Traditional Media Support: Assist in coordinating print, radio, and OOH campaigns. Communicate with vendors, prepare insertion orders, and maintain organized records. Draft media recommendations and support client meetings.
  3. Cross-Functional Support and Development: Collaborate with teams, ensure campaign alignment, participate in training, and help build process documentation. Show interest in new technologies, especially AI, automation, and media operations.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing and paid media, with expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic Display, and DSPs.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, data/conversion tracking, and media planning.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with G Suite applications.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and own daily tasks.
