Paychex is seeking a data-driven Paid Media & Analytics Specialist to own the day-to-day management of our paid advertising program with a $10M+ annual budget across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, and more. This role reports to marketing leadership and blends analytics with hands-on optimization.

You will build dashboards (HubSpot, GA4) and translate data into actionable recommendations, collaborating with an agency and cross-functional teams to lower CAC and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on paid media/digital advertising experience.
• Experience managing $5M+ annual paid media budgets.
• Strong data analysis using Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own agency relationship and ensure performance across paid search, social, and display.
• Manage $10M+ annual paid media budget in collaboration with the agency.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking CAC, efficiency, funnel, and pacing.
• Identify optimization opportunities and translate findings into recommendations.
• Partner on quarterly/annual planning and new-channel tests.
• Stay current on platform updates and testing opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align paid media with CAC reduction goals.
• Maintain data integrity across ad platforms, CRM, and reporting tools.
