Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in paid media with direct platform experience.
• Experience managing budgets $5M+ annually.
• Experience with dashboards (HubSpot, GA4, Looker/Tableau).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Knowledge of B2B or SMB SaaS acquisition funnels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal owner of the agency relationship and ensure performance across paid search, paid social, and programmatic/display.
• Manage and optimize a $10M+ annual paid media budget with agency for efficient pacing and ROAS.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting (HubSpot, GA4, Looker/Tableau).
• Analyze campaign data to spot optimization opportunities and risks and translate into clear recommendations.
• Partner with the agency on quarterly/annual planning and new-channel tests; assist with measurement setup.
• Stay current on platform updates and best practices; test and scale opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and marketing operations.
• Maintain data integrity across ad platforms, CRM, and reporting tools.
