Job summary

Paychex is seeking a data-driven Paid Media & Analytics Specialist to own the day-to-day management of a $10M+ paid media program. You will partner with our media agency, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations to lower CAC.

This role reports to marketing leadership and requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, dashboard experience, and hands-on platform knowledge (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in paid media/digital advertising with hands-on platform experience.
• Strong data analysis and dashboard-building skills.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of paid media program across multiple platforms.
• Report on performance, optimize budget pacing and ROAS.
• Build dashboards to track CAC, channel efficiency and funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with agency on planning and new-channel tests.
• Maintain data integrity across ad platforms and CRM.
