Qualifications

• Currently enrolled first-year MBA students and graduating Spring/Summer 2028.
• Authorized to work in the US for the duration; visa sponsorship not available.
• 1–3 years of work experience with strong financial and analytical skills.
• Superior financial modeling skills in Excel; ability to learn software quickly.
• Strong time management; able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Ability to influence others in a matrix organization; leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of operating budgets, R&D portfolio allocations and forecasting.
• Analyze operating performance and returns on capital expenditures.
• Support internal audit projects focused on risk, controls and efficiency.
