Johnson & Johnson's MBA Finance Leadership Development Program Internship offers MBA students meaningful project ownership, exposure to senior Finance leaders, and hands-on experience across the Finance function. Qualifications

Current MBA student with anticipated graduation May 2028.
Corporate Finance concentration preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional or military experience.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities through prior employment, internships, and/or extracurricular activities.
Permanent U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance projects that support strategic initiatives and address real business challenges.
Develop insights and recommendations to inform decision-making across J&J businesses.
Explore potential assignment areas such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, or Corporate Services.
