Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 3–4 strategic rotations (8–12 months each) across Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, Internal Audit to gain technical depth and enterprise perspective.
• Structured program with executive mentorship and Leadership Development Series for leadership growth.
• Supports enterprise finance leadership growth, career mobility, and long-term development.
