Job summary

Johnson & Johnson invites MBA students to join the 10-week Finance Leadership Development Program Internship designed to give project ownership, exposure to senior Finance leaders, and hands-on experience supporting strategic priorities. As an intern, you will lead Finance projects, gain insight across FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain Finance, and build leadership and analytical skills.

The program is located in New Brunswick, Raritan, Titusville, NJ, or Horsham/Spring House, PA,

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a full‑time MBA with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028.
Corporate Finance concentration preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of full‑time professional or military experience required.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities through prior employment, internship experiences, and/or extracurricular activities required.
Permanent work authorization in the U.S. required without the need for sponsorship now or in the future; temporary visa status is not eligible.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance projects that support strategic initiatives and address real business challenges.
Develop insights and recommendations that help inform decision‑making across J&J businesses.
Explore potential assignment areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, or Corporate Services.
