Qualifications

• Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2022–2026) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct finance/accounting experience.

• Demonstrated leadership potential aiming for Sr. Manager/Finance leadership.
• Experience with enterprise technology automation, analytics, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3–4 strategic rotations across Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit.
• Engage with executive mentors and a Leadership Development Series to build enterprise impact.
• Contribute to finance operations and strategic initiatives while developing leadership skills.
